Reformer springs are one of the most misunderstood parts of Pilates 🤔 More springs doesn’t always mean more intensity and sometimes lighter springs make movement more challenging.

At our studio, we use custom springs for a truly individualised Pilates experience — because every body moves, loads, and stabilises differently.

Spring Colours Guide:
🟡 Yellow – Extra light (1-7 kg)
🔵 Blue – Light (3-15 kg)
🔴 Red – Medium (4-20 kg)
🟢 Green – Strong (5-30 kg)

Adjusting springs allows us to:
